Led a team of 5 to deliver a comprehensive career events platform with 504 passing tests, Docker containerization, and AWS cloud deployment.
Served as Scrum Master and Tech Lead — led sprint planning, retrospectives, and authored the comprehensive Software Requirements Specification and architecture diagrams.
Designed the entire application architecture: Next.js frontend + Spring Boot REST API + PostgreSQL + AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, SES).
Built category-specific fullstack features: Workshop guided runbooks, Career Fair booth directory with 1:1 opportunity slots and floor maps, Networking Night speed-rounds with icebreaker quests, and Panel Q&A with answer submission.
Implemented core Events and RSVP CRUD functionality across the full stack.
Set up CI/CD pipeline with GitHub Actions, Docker containerization, and AWS ECR deployment.
Managed GitHub project board, user stories grooming, and established the Next.js frontend foundation.
